Responsibilities

Inputs and maintains data into Cost Basis Reporting systems

Manages valuations for client accounts based on date or month of death

Emails branches (guidelines will be provided)

Acts as a team member for issues and projects requiring moderate research and analysis

Update accounts for Raymond James clients (businesses or individuals)

Promotes effective coordination between multiple workgroups in functional areas

Required

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Experience working in finance or banking (auditing) is a plus

Knowledge of financial markets and products

Knowledge of fundamental concepts of calculating capital gains and losses

Knowledge of fundamental investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry

Ability to interact effectively with external and internal clients through both written and verbal communication

Ability to give customer satisfaction high priority and proactively address customer needs

Ability to identify relationships, draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision-making

Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of responsibilities
