Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong customer relationships throughout the Southeast region
Identify and pursue new opportunities in control systems integration, automation, and industrial control solutions
Leverage existing customer contacts and prior sales experience in the Southeast market
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design and propose tailored control system solutions
Present automation solutions that clearly communicate technical and commercial benefits to customers
Stay informed on current technologies, products, and trends related to Siemens and Allen-Bradley control systems
Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, and forecasts using Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence, representing the company with integrity and technical competence

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
5–10 years of experience in engineering, technical sales, or solution selling within control systems integration or industrial automation
Hands-on familiarity with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and Siemens control products (PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related components)
Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must work on-site in Lawrenceville, GA and live within a 40-minute commute, or be willing to relocate nearby

Preferred

Experience working for or closely with a distributor, OEM, or systems integrator serving industrial automation markets
Proven success selling complex engineered solutions with long sales cycles
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude and a passion for helping clients solve technical challenges
