Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends in revenue, customer behavior, and performance
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives
Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
Design and maintain executive-level dashboards
Define and standardize KPIs across the organization
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency
Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on pricing, headcount planning, and capital allocation
Support M&A analysis and post-acquisition reporting
Provide ad-hoc analyses for leadership and board meetings
Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines
Leverage SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and spreadsheets
Introduce automation and best practices in reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL proficiency
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
3–7 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, or Strategy
Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership
Detail-oriented with executive-level communication skills
Proactive, curious, and impact-driven
Preferred
Experience in high-growth, tech, or PE-backed environments preferred
Python or R a plus
