Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows and intelligent agents

Build integrations between AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs) and enterprise tools (Power Automate, APIs, CRMs, databases, collaboration platforms)

Assist in rapid prototyping of new automation concepts and help scale them into production-ready solutions

Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation scripts and agents

Stay up-to-date with emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and tools to bring innovative solutions to the team

Document processes, tools, and workflows to support knowledge sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

Strong programming skills in Python (experience with APIs, automation, or scripting preferred)

Familiarity with AI concepts (natural language processing, large language models, prompt engineering)

Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airflow, Make, LangChain)

Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control (Git)

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Familiarity with at least one cloud data platform - AWS, GCP, Azure Synapse, Databricks

GenAI toolkit

MCP or Tools

Familiarity with a couple agentic frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or Crew AI (or other)

Workflow / ETL experience on either open source or platform tools
