Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on AI-driven advertising and business solutions
Drive revenue growth by positioning AI capabilities (Ads AI, Advantage+, LLM-powered insights, automation tools) to enterprise and mid-market clients
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams to bring AI innovations to market
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on AI adoption and digital transformation
Use data and AI-powered analytics to forecast pipeline, optimize performance, and improve sales effectiveness
Identify new market opportunities and influence product enhancements based on customer feedback

Required

Experience selling AI-powered products, data-driven solutions, or automation platforms
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and performance marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, or automation concepts (business-level understanding)
Experience working with enterprise or global accounts
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
