Responsibilities
Draft and assist with motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses
Manage discovery-heavy and document-intensive cases
Prepare thoughtful, case-specific discovery (no canned interrogatories)
Coordinate and calendar depositions, hearings, mediations, and deadlines
Maintain strong follow-up on case activity and deadlines
Assist with trial preparation and litigation support
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
Qualification
Required
Significant prior litigation experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Strong drafting skills and comfort handling substantive legal work
Experience with discovery and complex civil litigation
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Preferred
Preference for candidates with a stable work history
