Growth Acceleration Manager – M&A & Portfolio Integration (GT Service)

Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with the GT Service strategy
Conduct strategic fit assessments and initial screenings and collaborate with the Growth Manager to integrate M&A initiatives into the broader growth roadmap
Lead comprehensive due diligence across financial, operational, and commercial areas
Identify synergies, integration opportunities, and potential challenges, developing strategies to ensure seamless integration and value realization
Analyze target companies’ business models, market positioning, and value propositions to validate strategic and operational fit within the GT Service portfolio
Recommend portfolio adjustments to enhance combined business performance
Partner with finance teams to model acquisition scenarios, assess ROI, and evaluate value creation potential
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive review and approval
Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and commercial teams throughout all M&A phases to ensure smooth transitions and effective post-acquisition integration
Monitor industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitor activities
Provide actionable insights to inform acquisition strategies and future portfolio development
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in GT Service operations with strong understanding of processes and portfolio
Proven experience in M&A, including due diligence and integration planning
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines
Results-driven with strong commercial and strategic insight
Detail-oriented and adept at managing complexity
Collaborative and influential across cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with strong commercial and market awareness
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
