Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: The art and science of finding the right people for the right roles

Learning & Development (L&D): Building the 'university' within the company to help employees level up their skills

Compensation & Payroll: The strategy behind competitive rewards and the delivery of timely and accurate pay

Employee Relations: Providing organizational support to managers and employees so that they can be their best at work

Systems & Analytics: Leveraging data to track organization effectiveness and understand the impact of business decisions
