Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to agency users remotely and in person
Maintain a valid driver’s license and lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time
Installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment
Possess basic network troubleshooting skills

Required

Must be able to work fully onsite in Pikeville, KY
Knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service
Maintain a valid driver's license
Lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time
Experience related directly with desktop support (one to two years minimum preferred), including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment
Possess basic network troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
Ability to work under pressure
Hardware and software experience
