Project Director
Lyon Restoration is a locally owned company dedicated to providing swift and comprehensive solutions for property restoration following disasters. The Project Director will oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining client communication.

Maintaining project documentation
Qualification
Required
Project Management, Planning, and Organizational skills
Leadership and Team Management abilities, with strong interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Restoration Processes, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and reconstruction
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills for efficient decision-making and issue resolution
Proficiency in Project Management Software and familiarity with industry-standard tools
Experience working with insurance claims and the ability to effectively collaborate with insurance adjusters
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites within the Denver, CO area
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in restoration or construction management is highly desirable
