Responsibilities

Reviews proposals for compliance with sponsor and organizational guidelines; verifies that all sponsor requirements are met
Recruiting patients for clinical trials and conducting phone interviews
Verifies the accuracy of study forms and updates them per protocol
Prepares data for analysis and data entry
Documents patient visits and procedures
Assists with regulatory binders and QA/QC Procedures
Assists with interviewing study subjects
Assists with study regulator submissions

Required

College graduate or in the process of completing a bachelor's degree with a six-month grace period to provide degree equivalency verification
Self-motivated, mature, and responsible
Excellent organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
Comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical study populations
Ability to seek assistance when appropriate

Preferred

Interest in pursuing graduate school in clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, or medicine
