Responsibilities

Optimize Data Pipelines
Design, build, and refine data pipelines to track system performance, generate actionable insights, and support machine learning models for continuous improvement
Enhance Observability & Debugging Tools
Develop monitoring, logging, and debugging tools to enable learning and diagnostics across large-scale, globally deployed robotic systems
Integration & Validation
Test, validate, and deploy new software features on live robotic systems, ensuring compliance with strict performance, safety, and reliability standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with experts in perception, hardware, controls, and software to deliver fully integrated and intelligent robotic solutions
System Design & Scalability
Contribute to the architecture and evolution of robust software systems capable of operating reliably in unpredictable physical environments

Required

4–7+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships)
4–7+ years of experience in system design or architecture, including reliability, scalability, and design patterns
4–7+ years of experience programming in a modern language such as C++, Java, or C#, with strong object-oriented design fundamentals
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Robotics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with embedded development using C/C++
Strong expertise in robotics algorithms, particularly control, perception, and motion planning
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Proven experience developing software for hardware systems interacting with the physical world, such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or consumer devices

Preferred

Experience deploying software to large-scale robotic fleets
Familiarity with real-time systems and performance-critical applications
Experience working with sensor-driven systems and physical simulation environments
Exposure to machine learning workflows in robotics
