Regional Sales Manager
Groupe Beneteau is a leader in the sailing catamaran market, renowned for its innovative designs. They are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial development across the Americas, focusing on building relationships and implementing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Lagoon’s market share across the Americas
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Provide training and support to local sales teams, ensuring alignment with Lagoon’s commercial vision
Ensure proper follow-up and smooth operation of after-sales service across the network
Frequent international travel and presence at major industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the nautical or luxury sector
Experience overseeing and developing an international dealer network
Excellent communication, demonstrated strength in negotiation and strategic partnership development
Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and a clear drive for results
Preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred); French is a strong plus
