They are seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems on Sports and Entertainment projects, ensuring compliance and seamless integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage all MEP scopes on large, complex Sports and Entertainment projects from planning through completion

Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with contract documents, codes, and performance requirements

Coordinate MEP activities with design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure seamless integration

Support preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scope development, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout

Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Serve as a primary point of contact for MEP related communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Mentor and develop project team members to maximize performance and long-term growth

Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future projects

Required

5+ years of project management experience specializing in MEP systems on large-scale, complex construction projects

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

Proven ability to manage multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation project environments

Preferred

Experience managing complicated projects, preferably in Sports & Entertainment, arenas, or stadiums is highly preferred
