Program Supervisor-High Fidelity Wraparound

THOMPSON Child & Family Focus is an organization that provides prevention, mental health services, and foster care across several states. As a High-Fidelity Wraparound Program Supervisor, you will oversee team performance, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage community engagement while guiding the HFW team members in their professional development.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, consultation, and instructional support to HFW team members
Oversee team performance, ensuring adherence to program standards and delivery of high-quality services to youth and families
Maintain compliance with state, agency, and HFW program requirements
Advance staff development through structured Professional Development Plans and regular supervision
Manage referrals, oversee budgets, and review key performance indicators
Support the documentation process to maintain alignment with the HFW framework
Collaborate with the UNCG HFW Training Program Implementation Specialist to pursue coach credentialing
Monitor the fidelity of Thompson’s HFW team
Engage with community partners and stakeholders, participating in community events and ongoing collaborative meetings
Maintain clear communication with both internal leadership and external organizations
Develop innovative strategies to expand the HFW program in Mecklenburg County and neighboring counties
Carry a caseload for two HFW families alongside supervisory responsibilities

Required

Master's degree
Verified 3 years of work experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a related field
Exposure to leadership/management experiences, either through short-term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions
Displays the capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader
Must have a valid Driver's License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead
All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required
Position requires mobility in the counties served (Mecklenburg, Stanly, Union, and Cabarrus counties), remote work, and occasional commute to the office
