Responsibilities
Support internal communications
Planning of quarterly state of the organization meetings
Assist with creation of internal marketing comms to include quarterly newsletter, new employee announcements, promotion announcements, baby announcements and internal employee spotlights
Assist with process of ordering promotional items, business cards and branded marketing materials
Assist with the management of video shoots, photo shoots and creation of branded marketing materials
Assist with the creation of new copy for the website, signage, and company literature
Other marketing administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
BS degree (degrees in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations are preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Background Check
Drug Test
Preferred
Internship experience is preferred but not required
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is a plus
