United Pharma Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a cross-functional product development team supporting electrical subsystems in a regulated environment. The role focuses on testing, debugging, and supporting product development from design through verification and validation.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and execute test plans for electrical subsystems
Design, build, and debug electrical test fixtures
Perform hands-on electrical testing using lab equipment such as:
Digital Multimeters (DMMs)
Oscilloscopes
Spectrum Analyzers
Logic Analyzers
DAQs
Power Supplies
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, and Project Management teams
Support product development in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with quality and design control requirements
Design and develop basic schematics and PCBs (Altium Designer experience is a plus)
Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex electrical and product design challenges
Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
4–7 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience
Strong experience with electrical testing, debugging, and test plan execution
Familiarity with quality systems and design controls
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Altium Designer experience is a plus
