Account Executive
TouchCare is a healthcare advocacy company that helps employers better understand and navigate their benefits. They are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive the growth of their solution, focusing on consultative selling to HR leaders and benefits decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to track activity and pipeline progression through CRM and maintain forecasting accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Experience in the healthcare, benefits, point solutions, or insurance industry is a must
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Comfortable with multitasking
Ability to effectively allocate resources to meet assigned quotas

Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
