Level 1 Help Desk Technician Part time
Scorpion Technology, LLC is a provider of affordable and professional IT services, specializing in managing and supporting small business IT infrastructure. They are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a part-time, on-site position to handle technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide help desk assistance for desktop computers and peripheral devices.
Responsibilities
Handle technical support requests
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Provide help desk assistance for desktop computers and peripheral devices
Support computer repair, installation, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our clients
Qualification
Required
Skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
Expertise in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
Strong Troubleshooting abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Houston, TX
Preferred
Relevant certifications (such as A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus
Familiarity with small business IT environments or previous experience is beneficial
