Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Engineers, and BI Analysts, acting as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution

Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, data models, and analytical assets

Mentor junior team members

Guide end users to the right data sources

Optimize enterprise reporting strategies

Champion best practices in data governance

Required

Bachelor's degree is required, or a combination of at least two of the following: a bachelor's degree, five or more years of experience in I.T. or related field, or five or more relevant certifications within the data or analytics domain

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview

Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, workspace management, permissions, and deployment

Strong command of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
