CRM Marketing Technologist (Movable Ink) # 10939
ECCO Select is seeking a CRM Marketing Technologist to serve as the primary technical owner for the execution of Movable Ink campaigns. This role involves hands-on campaign development, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality delivery of data-driven CRM campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of Movable Ink campaigns from intake through launch
Build, configure, and QA dynamic content, personalization logic, and data-driven experiences within the Movable Ink platform
Translate creative concepts and data requirements into scalable, production-ready implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to personalization, data feeds, and rendering
Partner with CRM strategists, creative teams, data teams, and client stakeholders to align on requirements and execution
Serve as the primary technical liaison with Movable Ink account teams
Act as a single point of accountability for Movable Ink delivery, reducing dependency on external translation of requirements
Define and refine execution processes and best practices for Movable Ink usage
Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization
Support CRM Operations teams with technical insights and advanced solutions
Execute and support CRM campaigns within at least one major Customer Experience (CEX) platform such as Salesforce, Adobe, or MoEngage
Ensure seamless integration between CRM platforms and Movable Ink content
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, expert-level experience with Movable Ink
Strong understanding of CRM campaign execution workflows
Direct execution experience in at least one major CRM/CEX platform (Salesforce, Adobe, or MoEngage)
Experience translating creative and data requirements into technical builds
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and dynamic content
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred
Experience supporting CRM Operations or Marketing Technology teams
Background in automation, process optimization, or technical enablement
Experience in retail, automotive, or large-scale CRM environments
