Business Development Representative - Base + bonuses + Full benefits + no-cap commission
Gallop Technology Group is a family-owned MSP with a strong reputation among professional firms in Arizona. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to build their pipeline by booking meetings with decision-makers at target businesses in the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities
Your role is to secure the meeting and confirm fit, not to pitch pricing nor close deals
Research and build target lists of legal and financial firms (5–200 employees, 30–50 ideal) in the Phoenix metro area
Run outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person) to book qualified meetings with owners, partners, and other key decision-makers
Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, events, and campaigns and turn interest into scheduled meetings
Log activity and pipeline in our CRM ("GlassHive CRM") and keep data clean and current
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B sales / BDR/ appointment-setting
Proven experience owning your own prospecting (research, list building, outbound)
Strong phone and email presence with business owners and executives
Comfortable working from a quiet home office with reliable internet
Based in or near the Phoenix metro area and able to attend in-person meetings and events
Preferred
MSP experience or selling complex B2B services
Experience selling to legal or financial firms
Familiarity with GlassHive or similar sales/CRM tools
