Aditi Consulting is seeking a Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager to co-manage Channel Marketing content creation and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to Field teams. The role involves driving communication within the Line of Business community and collaborating with various teams to provide feedback on asset effectiveness in the Field.

Responsibilities

Comanages and follows through Channel Marketing content creation, ensuring marketing assets and playbooks land on time with the Field teams and is fulfilling seasonal business and marketing objectives

Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications flow, ensure community is kept informed, aligned and focused on key priorities of the cycle and updates to execute

Work closely with/reports directly to the Lob Channel Marketing leader to facilitate field landing

Works in collaboration with: Channel Discipline Leads, Product Marketing Team PMs, and Account Teams to providing feedback to Corp on asset effectiveness in Field

Required

Strong familiarity with AI-powered workflows

Effective project/program management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be a self-starter that effectively manages priorities to achieve results

Must have a can-do attitude and desire to learn with a customer service mindset

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required

5-7 years related experience required
