Responsibilities

Address and resolve outstanding items within financial accounts to ensure timely and accurate processing
Prepare and post journal entries related to banking and disbursement activities
Migrate and reconcile transaction data between financial systems
Review and process a high volume of transaction line items with attention to detail
Match transactions to general ledger entries and supporting documentation
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank activity and accounting records
Support reconciliation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of cash-related accounts

Qualification

Enterprise financial systemsExcel proficiencyAttention to detailProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems
Basic proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
