Responsibilities

Serves as a liaison between attorneys and internal and external business and legal contacts

Provides high-level administrative support to attorneys, performs legal research, and drafts legal documents (e.g., correspondence, legal holds, etc.)

Supports attorneys with all aspects of liability claims, including document production, privilege review, and communication with internal stakeholders

Independently coordinates and manages discovery requests in litigation, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing responsive documents and information

Ensures timely and accurate responses to discovery obligations and assists in maintaining compliance with court deadlines

Assists with the preparation of meetings, including agendas and distribution of materials

Creates and maintains corporate and legal forms, documents, reports, policies and procedures, corporate governance documentation, and spreadsheets

Assists in the creation of presentations and updates and maintains databases

Manages various projects as determined appropriate and assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal degree required

Requires 0–3 years of relevant experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required

Preferred

Paralegal Degree or Certification

Experience in coordinating and responding to discovery requests and supporting litigation processes strongly preferred

Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred
