Lead, coach, and develop a team of software developers, fostering accountability, communication, and collaboration

Oversee execution of development initiatives using Laravel and Firebase to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Maintain strong code quality standards through reviews, best practices, and mentorship
Improve development processes, documentation, and workflows to support growth and efficiency
Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership responsibility
Extensive, hands-on experience with Laravel and Firebase/Firestore in production environments
