Responsibilities
Support product development activities through hands-on laboratory testing and experimentation
Perform orthodontic testing procedures using adhesives, appliances, and various bonding methods
Execute material, product, and process evaluations using multiple laboratory test instruments
Document experimental data, observations, and results in technical notebooks or approved electronic systems
Prepare technical reports and contribute to technical presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and R&D
Maintain compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and documentation standards
Assist with technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on laboratory testing experience
Knowledge of materials, adhesives, and mechanical or chemical testing methods
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with medical device or regulated laboratory environments (ISO 13485 preferred but not required)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
