Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in recruiting within software companies, with a strong focus on hiring for technical positions
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
Proven ability to source and engage top technical talent in a competitive market
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Availability to work PST hours and commit to a 40-hour workweek
