Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Elixir, React, Angular, Java, .NET)
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver user-centric solutions
Ability to develop and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Capacity to develop and manage robust back-end services, APIs, and databases
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack and development processes
Potentially mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team
Design, implement, and optimize data transformation and aggregation processes for seamless integration across systems
Work with on-prem servers and Azure cloud environments to deploy and manage applications
Implement and manage Kafka for reliable messaging and event-driven architectures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
Strong experience with a full-stack or back-end programming language (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Java, Python, C#) and relevant frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Understanding of agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with AI technologies—such as Large Language Models, data-driven automation, or intelligent workflows
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium) is a plus
