Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities within the multifamily industry through outbound outreach, networking, and industry relationships
Leverage existing multifamily contacts to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to multiple buying personas
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal close
Maintain accurate activity, customer, and pipeline data in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience
Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge to clearly communicate Pay Ready’s value proposition
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel up to 50% to attend onsite meetings, conferences, and client engagements

Required

5–10 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including onsite or operational roles
Strong understanding of property management operations, rent collections, evictions, and resident financial processes
Experience selling or supporting solutions that serve multifamily (collections, payments, software, or services)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred

Experience in collections sales servicing multifamily portfolios
SaaS or software-based revenue model experience
HubSpot experience (strongly preferred); Salesforce experience also valued
Account management or relationship-focused sales experience
Previous onsite property management experience
Experience selling to or working directly with property owners, operators, or regional teams
