Antunes is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to partner with Team Leader(s) in making customers successful by embracing AJA’s Vision. The intern will be responsible for designing new products for foodservice cooking equipment and improving previously commercialized products under the direction of the equipment design Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

Design new products and improve previously commercialized products utilizing SolidWorks 3D & 2D CAD, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and DFMEA (Design Failure Modes & Effects Analysis). Training will be provided

Collaborate with cross-discipline engineering teams to fulfill customer requirements and ensure project milestones are completed on time

Required

3D CAD (SolidWorks Preferred)

Ability to differentiate colors

Must be a team player with the ability to work in a multi-task environment and make sound business decisions

Preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; recent graduate

Experience in Foodservice manufacturing Industry
