Support development and implementation of creative strategies to recruit new volunteers through outreach events, digital campaigns, and community partnerships
Manage volunteer inquiries and applications, providing timely communication and follow-up
Support the planning and facilitation of volunteer orientation sessions
Collaborate with program staff to identify volunteer needs and align recruitment efforts with program goals
Maintain volunteer records and assist with tracking hours and impact stories
Coordinate recognition activities to celebrate and retain volunteers
Contribute to storytelling efforts by gathering volunteer testimonials and photos for social media and newsletters
