Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and improve test cases and test plans regularly
Identify, isolate, and report defects and issues discovered during testing
Generate test reports on a regular cadence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that test cases cover all relevant features and requirements
Participate in system and regression testing to ensure the application is working at optimal levels
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to improve product quality
Qualification
Required
3-5 years Proven experience in software testing- UI preferred, with a focus on web-based applications written in NodeJS
Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium
Demonstrable experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Ability to write automation scripts in JavaScript/Python
Experience with Agile and Scrum processes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
