Responsibilities
Perform product safety testing in accordance with IEC/EN 62368-1 and IEC 61010-1
Conduct electrical safety evaluations including HiPot, leakage current, ground bond, insulation resistance, temperature rise, and abnormal operation testing
Review schematics, BOMs, and critical component lists
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and review safety test reports for CB Scheme and certification submissions
Support CBTL and NRTL activities, audits, and scope expansion efforts
Communicate test requirements and results with customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical background
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product safety testing or certification
Strong working knowledge of IEC/EN 62368-1 and IEC 61010-1
Experience with CB Scheme testing and documentation
Hands-on experience with electrical safety test equipment
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with medical device safety testing (e.g., IEC 60601-1)
Experience working in a CBTL or NRTL accredited laboratory
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems
Customer-facing technical support experience
