Interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
one year post-secondary education
Preferred
Proficiency using office equipment
Proven organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
Customer service and follow-up skills
