Developing, implementing, and managing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Conducting safety inspections
Managing occupational health and security programs
Developing training programs
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and best practices
Active engagement with construction safety practices
Maintaining a risk-averse culture
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Safety Engineering and thorough knowledge of construction safety standards
Strong background in Occupational Health and Security practices
Experience in designing and delivering effective safety training programs
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and industry-specific risk management practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician)
