Responsibilities
Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype agentic and AI-powered UX flows including multi-turn interactions, reasoning patterns, fallbacks, and orchestration using various prototyping tools and internal sandboxes
Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research studies, demonstrations, and engineering handoff
Develop reusable internal UX tooling such as plugins and lightweight automation scripts or agents that support design workflows including design critique helpers, pattern suggestions, flow scaffolding, and weekly update summaries
Build, maintain, and help host a shared internal space that centralizes agentic UX patterns, reusable prototypes, and research insights for team consumption and reuse
Contribute examples, patterns, and reusable assets to the shared platform including documentation, prototypes, and workflows
Document implementations and provide knowledge transfer to ensure reuse and sustainability beyond the engagement period
Follow security and compliance requirements for internal tooling and data handling
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering or UI/UX development
5+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end development
2+ years of experience with AI-assisted development or LLM APIs
Portfolio with a minimum of 2 projects, ideally 3, demonstrating coded prototypes and use of AI or GPT models
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, HCI, or related technical field
Strong experience in data-driven software design and development
Experience building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and LLM APIs
Experience collaborating with designers and researchers in fast iteration cycles
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong documentation skills
JavaScript and front-end development capabilities
UI/UX engineering and prototyping expertise
