Stepan Company is a major manufacturer of basic and intermediate chemicals, and they are seeking a Business Manager for their Specialties business in Polymers. The Business Manager will be responsible for the profit and loss of the CASE polyols and flexible foam polyols business, leading a team to execute growth strategies in North America.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Profit and Loss of the Specialties Polymers business in North America

Manage and direct company resources in alignment with the growth strategy and ensuring ROI

Develop and execute the strategy for growth in alignment with the Corporate and ESG strategy

Lead the CASE, Flexible Foam and Powder Resin Business Strategy Execution Team

Responsible for the budget, profit projection, monthly reports, business case ownership and accountability

Manage 2 account executives to optimize presence at the customer interface and trade shows and balance account maintenance with acquisition of new business
