They are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Analyst to be a key member of the Accounting team, responsible for supporting the Source-to-Pay process through dashboard development, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports supporting the Source-to-Pay process, including procurement, vendor management, accounts payable, and spend analytics metrics

Support S2P initiatives supporting data governance, process transformation, and strategic planning

Monitor and analyze key S2P performance indicators such as procurement cycle time, payment terms compliance, supplier performance, spend under management, and purchase order accuracy

Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance, and cross-functional business teams to understand business requirements, data needs, and deliver solutions that meet them

Develop communication plans to support S2P system and process changes

Train end users and document revised S2P processes resulting from improvements

Support acquisition integration efforts related to procurement systems, vendor onboarding processes, and spend data consolidation
