Responsibilities
Coordinate with shared services for Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including check payments, vendor reconciliations, invoice processing, and payment remittances
Maintain and organise tax records for sales/use tax, income tax, and franchise tax filings
Ensure compliance with sales & use tax requirements in collaboration with the internal tax team
Manage record keeping to ensure all accounting documents are stored accurately and can be retrieved easily
Collect and file W9 forms for all new vendors; assist with annual W9 compliance
Monitor corporate credit card transactions and ensure timely expense reporting and statement reconciliation
Support Treasury and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations as needed
Maintain compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Participate in process improvement and cross-functional finance projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer applications
Preferred
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
