Responsibilities
Participate in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare and post journal entries
Prepare financial and management reports
Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
Support weekly accounts payable processes
Assist with accounting integration for new acquisitions
Complete ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned
Analyze and explain cost account variances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of related accounting experience
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with a process-driven work style
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
Preferred
ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)
Public accounting experience preferred
