Client Services/Finance Intern
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. This position is mainly responsible for completing daily tasks related to client account management and ensuring timely responses to client and internal stakeholder requests.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client account attributes to enable day-to-day client transaction requirements, including but not limited to, enabling and restricting securities and collateral, increasing and decreasing credit exposure limits and buffers
Manage daily and weekly reconciliation, control and exception reports, ensuring all controls are processed timely and any exceptions addressed with urgency
Assist in implementing control practices to minimize manual error and oversight
Ensure that client and internal stakeholder requests are responded to in a timely fashion and in a thorough manner
Assist in the offboarding of clients and termination client contracts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Preferred
3-5+ years of total work experience preferred
Experience in securities, financial services, or client-facing or project management roles preferred
Client onboarding, financial services, and operations experience preferred
