Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, offering a unique ski and golf experience. They are seeking a Residential Shopper to provide world-class service to Members and guests through timely procurement and delivery of shopping requests during the summer season.

Responsibilities
Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service
Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner
Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your direct manager, the Director of Property Management, or Human Resources immediately
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment
Own and follow through on all Member requests & subsequent issues that may arise
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in person
Provide world class customer service
Manage change & interruptions, yet remain focused on the task at hand
Work well under pressure and under tight timelines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing and stocking homes for arrival
Be willing to work a flexible and sometimes inconsistent schedule. This may include unexpected late nights and significant amounts of overtime and extra work days during peak season
Maintain good communication with other internal Yellowstone Club Teams to ensure appropriate procurement and delivery of requested items
Drive in a safe manner for several hours per day, making stops throughout the Gallatin Canyon, Bozeman and Big Sky
Follow all driver safety precautions including; wearing safety belts at all times, observing and maintaining speed limits, never attempting to put self or others at risk at any time
Follow all applicable speed limits and traffic laws while driving
Ensure vehicle is prepared to be driven by regularly checking exterior and interior for any issues, report any previous or new vehicle or building damages immediately to direct supervisor
Listen to and comprehend detailed requests and issues passed down from Members, guests and management
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position
Meet departmental productivity, organization, and consistency standards
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times
Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and teammates with professionalism and respect at all times
Maintain privacy of Members and guests at all times
Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times
Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, and directors
Perform work in a safe and high quality manner
Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club at all times
Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of Pioneer Mercantile
Assist with ordering and organization of back stock items
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals in a fast-paced work environment
Valid US Driver's License
Proficiency working with basic technology, including smartphones, computers, and email
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments
Able to write clearly and legibly
Able to perform basic math calculations
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred
Undergraduate degree from an accredited University
1-3 Years of related work experience
Experience using Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
