Office Assistant
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their client's dynamic wholesale company in California. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative functions and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and assist with report preparation
Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory
Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures
Provide support for special projects and events as needed
Handle inquiries and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
