Responsibilities
Architect and implement data pipelines and analytics workflows leveraging GCP
Conduct daily monitoring and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Identify, review, and escalate potential unethical, improper, or illegal business practices
Perform complex reviews using deep knowledge of surveillance systems and trading behaviors
Evaluate and recommend investigative procedures in response to potential violations
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Front Office teams to strengthen monitoring frameworks
Manage and clear insider trading alert backlogs while maintaining accurate, timely documentation
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in Trade Surveillance, Compliance Monitoring, or related disciplines within financial services
Strong understanding of insider trading regulations, market abuse controls, and trade surveillance systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
