Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking Quality Reviewers to enhance service delivery for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves conducting onsite reviews, interviewing service users and staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives while traveling throughout the region.

Responsibilities

Traveling throughout the region
Leading onsite reviews of residential and day service provider organizations
Interviewing people in service as well as their families and guardians
Interviewing provider organization staff
Conducting provider reviews to determine alignment with person-centered principles and CMS regulations
Data collection and report writing
Participating in various quality improvement initiatives
Partnering with people in service to conduct National Core Indicator Surveys
Collaborating with other Liberty Quality Reviewers

Qualification

Developmental disabilitiesPerson-centered practicesBachelor’s degreeConsultative approachVerbal communication skills

Required

At least four years of experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities
Knowledge of person-centered practices
Bachelor's degree
Outstanding verbal and communication skills
Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals
You must have a driver's license and insured vehicle which you can use for work-related travel
