The successful candidate will support the analysis and design of Data Governance and Master Data Management software development solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and business analysts in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive Data Governance and Master Data Management solutions
Facilitate communication and gather and document requirements from stakeholders
Support the implementation of integration, matching, workflow, and automation solutions through documentation, meeting minutes, and issue and task log maintenance
Liaise with the Enterprise Data Governance team to formulate data quality rules
Support the technical operation of data catalogs, data lineage, and data glossary tools
Work on prioritized tasks on schedule to achieve targets
Collaborate in a success-oriented environment while helping the team to achieve objectives
Contribute towards effective communication among developers, analysts, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree, in a related field is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of work experience
Ability to understand business issues and perform business analysis
Strong communication skills with understanding of the financial services and asset management industry
Ability to work independently and manage tasks concurrently
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Preferred
Ability to write SQL is a plus
Experience working with client, security, issuer, or legal entity data is a plus
Experience collaborating with Data Governance stakeholders is a plus
Hands-on experience working with a Data Catalog or Data Quality tool is a plus (experience with Collibra and Datactics is a plus)
Master Data Management, data modeling and Tableau experience are an advantage (experience with Markit EDM is a plus)
