Responsibilities
Aerospace tool design and procurement
Design and 3d print fixtures to minimize cost and lead time versus traditional tooling
Order fixtures for non 3D print applications
Support assembly work instruction creation, edits, and implementation
Support hardware troubleshooting
Order equipment and support CAPEX projects
Support other projects related to shop transformation/capital project execution
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science in manufacturing or engineering discipline or a combination of education and experience
2+ years of relevant experience
CNC machining experience
Fluent with mechanical CAD/3D modeling
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
Experience working with shop floor operators and assemblers as well as engineering teams
Microsoft office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
