Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions
Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using standard defect management tools
Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability following enhancements and releases
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope
Execute performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability
Produce detailed test documentation, reports, and quality metrics for project teams
Recommend testing best practices, KPIs, and process improvements to enhance overall quality assurance efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience testing Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom configurations
Experience working in Agile development environments
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred
Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar) preferred
