Responsibilities

Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and follow dress code

Assist in developing and executing a new sales and marketing plan in order to generate new business

Prepare written and verbal sales proposals, presentations and reports

Conduct product sampling and cuttings for current and prospective customers

Negotiate programs and work with DSR’s to identify & prospect targeted accounts

Must have an expert understanding of the sales process and a collaborative relationship with sales, marketing, purchasing and operations

Develop and profitably promote menu design to BEK Sales Representatives, Purchasing and customers

Assist DSM’s and DSR’s in the sales and marketing of Ben E. Keith products and services

Other duties may be assigned as needed

Ability to write reports, correspondence and communications

Ability to effectively present information to vendors and employees in a written and/or verbal format

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, assignments and tasks, monitoring use of time and appropriately using equipment, facilities and materials to provide timely and quality responses

Ability to learn and use all Ben E. Keith applications

Knowledge of and ability to competently use MS Office, internet and e-mail; willingness to learn new software as needed

Valid Texas driver's license is required for driving to perform company business

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; or related experience resulting in equivalent level of knowledge
